Catherine Soper is a government relations and policy expert whose work looks at the interaction between policy and carbon markets, with particular focus on the voluntary carbon market, compliance mechanisms and schemes, and Article 6.

Before joining BeZero, Catherine had an extensive career across both the private and public sectors in New Zealand and Singapore. While at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Catherine was responsible for delivering NZ's foreign policy ambitions with Singapore in the areas of climate change, technology and public affairs.
