Article 6.4 progress: The first CDM transition to PACM
At its first meeting in 2025, the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body made key decisions on registries, methodology guidance, and the transition from CDM to PACM.
A Programme of Activities (PoA) for cookstoves distribution was the first PoA or project approved to transition from the CDM to PACM, an important milestone in the operationalisation of PACM.
BeZero has rated 33 projects in the CDM, with ratings ranging from ‘A’ to ‘C’, demonstrating the variation in carbon performance that we expect will continue in the PACM.
