Dr Chris Ryder's PhD research focused on the investigation of novel materials for their use in hydrogen storage and production. As well as the technical aspects, he also studied the associated social, economic, and political features of low-carbon technologies which must each be considered for their successful implementation in society.
Before joining BeZero, he was completing a doctorate as part of the Sustainable Hydrogen Centre for Doctoral Training.
