Brianna Collins is an environmental scientist with a background in microbiology and immunology.
Before joining BeZero, she studied for her Master of Science in Environmental Science for Sustainability at Kings College London. Her dissertation research examined food waste recycling within London to determine how councils can improve their systems and boost participation to reduce carbon emissions from food waste.
