Finn O'Muircheartaigh

General Manager, APAC

Finn O’Muircheartaigh is General Manager, APAC at BeZero Carbon. He leads regional growth, strategy and operations across Asia-Pacific markets, working with policymakers, investors and project developers to scale the use of high-quality carbon credits. He previously served as BeZero’s Director of Policy & Markets and Chief of Staff, where he helped shape the company’s research and engagement at the intersection of carbon markets, climate policy and regulation.

Before joining BeZero, Finn spent more than a decade in climate and economic roles in government. He held senior positions at the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, including leadership roles in the Vaccine Taskforce, business intelligence and industrial strategy, and earlier worked at the Department of Energy and Climate Change on climate and energy policy. Finn has also advised parliamentary committees in Ireland on environment, transport, culture, tourism and the Gaeltacht.
