Sebastian Montero

Sebastian Montero is a Lead AI Engineer whose work focuses on frontier models and their applications in real-world systems.

Before joining BeZero, he was part of the Applied AI team at Beamery, a London-based HR-tech unicorn, where he contributed and developed deep learning models and recommendation systems, including Beamery's Knowledge Graph Model for talent matching. He also worked with foundation models, fine-tuning large language models and building LLM-based solutions and multi-agent systems. Earlier in his career, he worked in analytics consulting at McKinsey & Company.
