Julia Mackey studied environmental economics with a previous academic background in climate policy, economics, and global affairs. Her past research has focused on policy feedback effects, humanitarian aid at the US-Mexico border, and financial market responses to media reports of social and environmental harm in the fast fashion industry.
Prior to joining BeZero, Julia obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics.
