Dr. Olga Kildisheva is an applied ecologist specializing in terrestrial ecosystem recovery. She focuses on the intersection of science, implementation, and project finance. Her PhD research developed innovative strategies to improve restoration outcomes in the US and Australia, bridging technical science with practical, large-scale environmental application.

Before BeZero, Olga held roles at Viridian Ecosystems and Land Life, where she advised nature-based project development and implementation, with a focus on aligning ARR project designs with carbon standards, integrity frameworks, and market conditions. Previously, she led program strategy at The Nature Conservancy, managing a restoration portfolio with federal, tribal, and private partners.
